Kumiko jig (guide block) for 22.5-67.5 degrees with high precision
Kumiko jig (guide block) for 22.5-67.5 degrees with high precision
The nearest block sending date is November 19th
We present the version of the Kumiko block that we use ourselves.
In this version, we tried to take into account all the nuances that we encountered in the manufacture of kumiko panels.
Key Features:
1. Large block width of 3.15" (80 mm), which increases the control of the chisel or plane.
2. Two independent stops allow you to adjust cutting for two opposite angles.
3. Two brass nuts are installed for each corner, which allows you to make filling parts of both small and very large sizes.
4. The width of the stop allows you to cut two 1/2"(13mm) wide parts at once.
5. We used brass fasteners to fix the stops into the blocks.
This block has angles of 22.5 and 67.5 degrees.
This block is usually used to make a square version of the Asanoha pattern
At your request, we are ready to produce a block for any angle you need.
